I am often asked by those sweet souls who read my blog how to actually 'do' the different things that make up the fabric of our lives here at Poltisko Farm.
Requests for recipes or sewing tips crop up in my email; advice on how to build a pizza oven or how to grow lavender for cutting and drying is sought, and this sparked an idea - each month I will be writing about what my family and I are up to and I hope some of you will be inspired to have a go too.
I don't pretend to be an expert and certainly believe experimenting yourself is the way to go, but this page will perhaps give you an idea of where to start.
New things will be added regularly so pop by for a look.

As springtime beckons we will be searching once more for treats from the hedgerow. Look out for recipes to use the results of our foragings.
Cornwall has such a mild climate that we are able to make an early start on the allotment. Follow us as we start the new season's veg production and track the progress of our new miniature orchard.
